Erik Smith is a red seal chef and has taught children and adults in our garden workshops, schools, homes and kitchens. He has trained with some of the finest chefs in this city, Spain, Mexico, and the Okanagan. Chef Erik has owned and operated the S'wich Cafe for 5 years and has recently celebrated a very successful first year owning and operating the BLVD Bistro. Both are featured in the North Shore Foodie publication (foodiebook.ca) and both have been recognised by the North Shore News Readers Choice awards.
