Erik Smith is a red seal chef and has taught children and adults in our garden workshops, schools, homes and kitchens. He has trained with some of the finest chefs in this city, Spain, Mexico, and the Okanagan. Chef Erik has owned and operated the S'wich Cafe for 5 years and has recently celebrated a very successful first year owning and operating the BLVD Bistro. Both are featured in the North Shore Foodie publication (foodiebook.ca) and both have been recognised by the North Shore News Readers Choice awards. Chef Erik is enthusiastic about food trends, community engagement, and getting to know people. Consider Class and a Glass for your next unique interactive event!

Important Information

Ordering Guidelines

We require 48 hours notice for all catering orders. When that’s not possible, we will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, subject to a rush fee of 10% however certain selections may not be available. Full address and a contact phone number are required to place an order online.

Services Provided

For your convenience, paper plates, napkins & cutlery are available. To minimize environmental impact and enhance your guest experience, china & silverware rental are available.

Delivery

Full delivery service is offered in the North and West Vancouver area for $10 with a $100 minimum order. We do provide delivery outside this area, however additional delivery charges may apply.

Cancellations

A minimum of 12 hours are required for cold product cancellations and 24 for hot food items. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery will be subject to a fee of 50% of your invoiced total. We understand that plans can change therefore, cancellations made less than 12 hours of your order may be subject to charges of any food already prepared.

Payment & Extras

Menu and prices are subject to change. Boxes & Platters subject to a $35 fee if not returned. Prices do not include taxes.
